Marking Mercedes-Benz’s first foray into the U.S. real estate market, this massive building will cover over 2.5 million square feet, becoming one of the largest developments in Florida. Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami will showcase a cubic design with interlocking geometric patterns, influenced by the Bauhaus movement and Mercedes-Benz’s philosophy of combining simplicity with elegance, as described by Gorden Wagener, Chief Design Officer at Mercedes-Benz.

Located at 1 Southside Park in Brickell, the development will feature 791 luxurious Mercedes-Benz residences, ranging from efficient studios to spacious 3-bedroom condos. Occupants will enjoy breathtaking views of Miami, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic, with the project slated for completion in 2027, marketed by SERHANT.

The project will not only offer living spaces but also over 130,000 square feet of amenities and hospitality services, 200,000 square feet of office space, a hotel, retail spaces, and modern mobility solutions, including EV charging stations and a car fleet for residents.
